The Type is the role in the story. The profile is the character. And the Incarnation Cross is the mythology or the “plot outline” of the story.
The Incarnation Cross is derived from the conscious and unconscious sun and earth in the chart:
The Incarnation Cross in a chart is basically the archetype of a person. It tells us who they are, what they are driven to do, their foibles, folly’s and ultimately their destiny, if they choose.
There are 192 Incarnation Crosses, each one a reflection of the solar and earth transits. The Incarnation Cross gives us much more information that a mere sun sign in astrology. It offers a deeper explanation for the path of a soul and the journey of a life time.
In a beginning Human Design reading, knowing the Incarnation Cross is not as important as helping clients understand Type and Strategy. But as a client deepens their experience of their Human Design, knowing the mythology of their Life Path helps them know themselves more completely and supports them in the de-conditioning process.
Understanding the Incarnation Crosses and the position of the Cross in the four creative quarters of the energy of the year are crucial to helping people understand their charts and what they are here to do.
Please join me for a nine month journey around the mandala and and an in-depth dialogue about the 192 Incarnation Crosses.
Each week we will discuss 6 Incarnation Crosses, their inherent challenges (the Not-Self), their gifts, strengths and purpose. Each Cross will be explained in the context of where it falls in the Solar progression, in relation to the solar astrology and with concrete, easy-to-understand archetypes.
By the end of this program, you will be able to talk to your client in clear, easy language, about their Life Path and their Incarnation Cross in a way that supports the beautiful unfolding of their personal story and destiny.
This class is for advanced Human Design Specialists. You must be enrolled in or have completed the Human Design Specialist training program (any level) to register.

Karen Curry has been a student and lover of Human Design for over 10 years. She studied personally with the founder of the Human Design System, Ra Uru Hu in Sedona, Arizona.
Karen is the founder of the Human Design for Everyone™ training system and has been teaching Human Design to students all over the world for the last seven years.
Karen is a single mother of five children and is passionate about sharing the power of Human Design with her students and clients. She is the author of six books including the soon-to-be-published Parenting By Human Design, Raising Resilient Children in a Rapidly Changing World.
